This artwork is one of four in "Bird" series. The two works of this series will be presented during WAD exhibition. This one is bird in the night time. I took my special attention at the shadows cause they could hold and hide our fears and the strength at the same time. The bird itself symbolised the freedom and dreams to fly, to see other things than we used to see in our lives. New flight, new breath, new dream. It is made of different colours of blue smalti, variety of gold smalti, colorful glass tiles, coloured wires. And it's inspired of my trip to Belgium in 2005 year when I made a photo of this bird and use it now as a base of my mosaic work.
